Sharing and exchange of agricultural information in the ASPAC region.

FFTC IS A REGIONAL INFORMATION CENTER with the mission to collect and disseminate practical and technical information in agriculture, toward contributing to the achievement of increased output and higher incomes for small-scale farmers. The Center has three main objectives:

• To spearhead the transfer of matured technologies and information generated by scientists to the farmers;
• To promote the sharing and exchange of agricultural information among countries toward enabling small-scale farmers to benefit from scientific and technological advancements in the region; and
• To bridge the technology gap between developed and developing countries.
