• International Potato Center (CIP)

  The International Potato Center (known as CIP from its name in Spanish) is based in Peru, South America, the original home of the potato. CIP seeks to reduce poverty and achieve food security in developing countries through scientific research on potato, sweetpotato, and other root and tuber crops.
  The website describes the programs and activities of CIP. It has a list of publications related to potato, sweet potato etc, including postharvest. Most of these are citations only, but some are linked to the full text.  There is also a list of training materials such as videos and manuals, and the full text of the CIP Annual Report.
