  This Center is a member of the CGIAR group. The website has more than 100 free publications on irrigation an water management (as HTML files), some published by IWMI itself and others written by IWMI staff and published in international journals.
  The IWMI library database contains the contents pages of major international scientific journals related to water management. It can also search  a number of international water, engineering and agricultural databases in USA and various European countries.  The website also  has useful software which can be downloaded, including hydrological modelling software that helps track and measure the water resource in a river basin, and  global information on water and moisture availability.
