The 7th international workshop on

non-destructive quality evaluation of

agriculture livestock and fishery products

This one-day event gathered around 12 discussants from the University of Tokyo, China and USA as well as local experts on the subject representing various universities around Taipei. FFTC sponsored the air fare of one of its speakers, Dr. Byoung Kwan Cho of Chungnam National University, who delivered a paper on "Hyper/multi-spectral imaging technology for rapid measurements of food quality and safety.
